Fees:
Minimum fee is $150 a night for up to six adults.
Children under 18 years of age are free.
More than 6 adults the charge is $200 per night.
A deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm your
reservation. A deposit of $100.00 is required for
all reservations that are a week or more.
The check
should be made payable to the Guest House, but
mailed to us at the address below.
The deposit is
refunded after all keys are returned and the house is
in good condition.
Cancellations must be made one
month in advance for a deposit refund.
Additional Information:
The Guest House has 4 bedrooms: one with a king size bed,
one with a queen size bed, and two with a double bed.
On the ground level there is a den with a queen sized
sofa sleeper. The house can easily accommodate 10 adults.
Towels and washcloths are also furnished.
The kitchen is fully furnished.
The Guest House Phone # is: 822-2938. This # is on the
back of your key chain.
Telephone is for local calls only.
Long distance calls can be made on your
telephone calling cards or to an 800 #.
Please Note: Any infractions in the following
items
will result in the loss of your deposit.
This is a Smoke Free facility!
No pets are allowed.
